The purpose of this role:

At Bupa, our People Services team is at the heart of employee experience – delivering practical solutions and support that enable our people and leaders to thrive. 

As the Senior Manager People Services, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for service delivery across Bupa’s Australian businesses. Spanning people policies & processes to contract generation and enquiry management, your team will play a critical role in ensuring every interaction is seamless, efficient and aligned to our quality standards. 

This is a key leadership role that combines operational excellence and continuous improvement. Working closely with stakeholders across the business and leveraging service delivery insights, you will play an important role in shaping and driving opportunities aligned to our strategy – including delivering a world class employee experience and empowering leaders to navigate people processes with confidence. 

What you’ll need to make it possible

• Experience leading a high-volume service delivery team in a HR context, preferably in a large and complex organisation
• Proven success in designing and operationalising best in class employee experiences, coupled with operational governance, effectiveness, risk and control thinking.
• Highly developed analytical skills including the ability to source, gather, synthesise, and critically analyse diverse data sources. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex information. 
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders, technical and functional specialists, Heads of People and Strategic People Partners, operational and people leaders. 
• Ability to manage and prioritise competing demands to drive initiative from concept to delivery.  
• Strong knowledge and experience leveraging HRSD and HRIS systems to drive service delivery.
