The Opportunity:

The Customer Engagement Delivery Sr Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of marketing technology, customer engagement, and campaign management initiatives. This role manages a team of Customer Engagement Delivery Leads, ensuring that delivery standards, processes, and governance frameworks are in place to drive efficient and high-quality execution of campaigns and propositions. The Business Delivery Manager collaborates closely with Senior Campaign Managers, Initiative Owners, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to align business objectives with delivery execution while fostering a high-performing team culture. 


What You’ll Be Doing

Here's what you can look forward to in this role:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Engagement Delivery Leads, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to manage their respective value streams effectively. 
  • Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Establish andmaintainbest practices, frameworks, and processes to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives. 
  • Define and implement delivery standards across value streams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns and propositions across different value streams, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.


What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally have:

  • 12+ years of experience in marketing technology, campaign management, or delivery management within a customer engagement environment. 
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, preferably Customer Engagement Delivery Leads or similar roles. 
  • Strongexpertisein campaign execution, customer engagement, and marketing technology platforms (e.g.,Pega,Smartcommor similar).
  • Experience in stakeholder management, working with senior business leaders, product owners, and initiative managers.
  •  Ability to drive standardised delivery processes and best practices across multiple teams.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in resolving delivery challenges in a fast-paced environment.
