The purpose of the role

As Senior Customer & Product Insights Analyst*, you’ll lead endtoend customer and product insights, blending digital and offline data to influence product decisions, optimise journeys, and unlock better health outcomes.This is a business-facing analytics role embedded in a digital product environment, partnering closely with the Blua Crew (Bupa’s Digital Health platform). Your work will directly support Bupa’s ambition to be the world’s most customercentric healthcare company, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that drive meaningful change across digital experiences and products.


This is a permanent, full-time role and may be based at our Melbourne offices with flexible hybrid (2 days WFO) work arrangements available.

What you’ll need to make it possible:

  • Advanced capability in SQL and with other scripting languages such as Python desirable
  • Experienced with data visualisation tools, particularly Power BI to build out dashboards
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working effectively in virtual environments and agile ways of working
  • Proven experience in customer and product analytics within a digital environment
  • Commercial impact by translating data into clear insights and storytelling
  • Experience with web analytics and testing tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is advantageous
  • Qualifications in Data science, statistics, mathematics, or similar discipline with certifications in Azure, Databricks or Adobe Analytics would be advantageous.
