About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Program Coordinator to support a major transformation program within Bupa's Health Insurance business. This role is the operational backbone of the program, ensuring teams, leaders and stakeholders have the coordination, reporting, communications and logistical support required to deliver successfully.
Working closely with Delivery Leads, Program Managers and project teams, you'll play a key role in keeping the program organised, connected and running smoothly. You'll coordinate governance forums, support planning and reporting activities, manage program logistics, develop presentations and help drive continuous improvement across the team.
Key Responsibilities
·Coordinate program calendars, meetings, governance forums and stakeholder communications.
·Provide day-to-day program support, including travel, expenses, onboarding, offboarding and logistics coordination.
·Maintain program documentation, Teams channels, distribution lists and resource tracking information.
·Support governance and reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to stakeholders.
·Create and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations, program packs and executive materials.
·Assist with managing and maintaining program tools including Planview and Azure DevOps (ADO).
·Coordinate major program events, workshops, All Hands sessions and Big Room Planning activities.
·Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team ways of working, processes and program effectiveness.
·Raise and manage purchase orders, requisitions and related procurement activities.
About You
You'll be a highly organised coordinator who enjoys bringing structure to busy environments and supporting teams to achieve great outcomes. You thrive on managing multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships and taking ownership of the detail that keeps programs running effectively.
To be successful, you'll bring:
·Experience in a Program Coordinator, Project Coordinator, PMO Support, Executive Assistant or similar coordination-focused role.
·Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce professional, executive-ready presentations.
·Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
·Experience supporting projects, programs, transformation initiatives or complex business activities.
·A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
·Confidence working across multiple tools, systems and reporting requirements.
·Experience with Planview and/or Azure DevOps (ADO) will be highly regarded.
·Availability to work from Melbourne and support key program events and workshops as required.
