We currently have a newly created role available in our Technology Operations team for a Problem Manager to join us. The purpose of this role is to manage IT problems to identify root cause and drive preventative actions to avoid recurrence of incidents impacting the Bupa IT landscape and to keep relevant parties informed on problem investigation status and activities.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- ITIL v3 certification highly desired
- ITIL 4 understanding.
- Demonstrated knowledge & experience in problem management with a good understanding of technology service practices.
- Practical experience in Problem Management methodologies,
- Experience working in a Digital, eCommerce environment is desirable.
- Experience working in a complex, multi-vendor enterprise environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work within the constraints of process, whilst also thinking outside the box.
- Strong analytical and statistical capabilities, and the ability to present data in the context of business requirements.
