We currently have a newly created role available in our Technology Operations team for a Major Incident Manager to join us. The purpose of this role is to coordinate service restoration of major incidents impacting the Bupa IT landscape and keep relevant parties informed on incident status and activities.
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
- ITIL v3 certification highly desired
- ITIL 4 understanding.
- Demonstrated knowledge & experience in problem management with a good understanding of technology service practices.
- Practical experience in Problem Management methodologies,
- Experience working in a Digital, eCommerce environment is desirable.
- Experience working in a complex, multi-vendor enterprise environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work within the constraints of process, whilst also thinking outside the box.
- Strong analytical and statistical capabilities, and the ability to present data in the context of business requirements.
