We’re looking for a solid Integration Tech Lead someone who can manage teams effectively, demonstrates strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, and brings a strong technical background. This person must be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, PMs, and Heads of Department.

Opportunity Snapshot

As part of the Technology Team, this role will partner closely with business representatives and technology domain representatives to deliver high quality Technical Lead Integration services at pace to drive strategic outcomes for Bupa’s customers and domains and maintain integral Bupa systems. The purpose of this role is to lead the Integration team, provide support to team members, lead integration design and development activities across Bupa’s common platforms, whilst also ensuring engineering and operational teams adhere to best practices to deliver high quality integrations built using on-premises technologies and Azure that meet or exceed the business and customer expectations.

What you’ll need to make it possible 

  • 7-15+ years’ experience in an Integration role or equivalent experience 
  • Extensive experience in team leading a team of up to 4 to 10 developers to deliver high quality outcomes 
  • Demonstrable expert competence level in using development and automated testing tools in the Integration domain, including BizTalk. 
  • Experience with SQL Database is mandatory, experience with NoSQL databases advantageous 
  • Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps processes for building and deploying applications in the cloud 
  • Experience in integration design and architecture 
  • Experience in API integration development
