At Mindplace, we believe mental health is just as important as physical health. That’s why we’re creating safe, supportive, and welcoming spaces that make it easier for people to access the care they need.

Our first clinic opened in May at 261 George Street in Sydney, and available to everyone in the community, whether or not they’re with Bupa. We built Mindplace because we know how crucial it is to have the right support at the right time. 

We’re growing to meet the needs of our communities, one warm and welcoming clinic at a time. And, we're only just getting started. We’re working towards 10 clinics in 2025, 20 in 2026 and a further 30 in 2027, with a total of 60 clinics supporting our community across Australia.

We know mental health can feel hard to navigate, so we’re changing that. We are building calming, and welcoming spaces and with teams who truly understand how high-quality mental health supports can change lives and improve outcomes for us all.

As a psychologist, you'll bring compassion and clinical excellence to every session, helping patients navigate their options and feel confident in their treatment plans. Support staff are the beating heart of our Mindplace clinics and keep everything running smoothly, offering a warm welcome and making sure each visit is seamless and stress-free.

With access to digital tools like Blua, you’ll benefit from providing virtual care and helping patients stay engaged and access resources that work for them in their daily lives.

Psychologists

As a psychologist at Mindplace, you’ll be a pivotal part of our team, shaping the future of mental health services and guiding clinical excellence across our network. This role is an opportunity to drive meaningful change and adopt new and innovative ways to support mental health journeys. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing a strong reputation for our practices, patient journeys and growing our network of mental health clinics across Australia.

Practice Managers

Practice Managers are the beating heart of our clinics. You oversee the day to day running of one or more clinics, maintaining operational and financial oversight, and act as the guiding light for the team as they deliver vital health services. If you want to be part of a tight-knit team, with opportunity to flex your skills, this could be the opportunity you are waiting for!

Support Staff

Our Mindplace clinics are nothing without the fantastic people who make our patients feel welcome, all while making every day run smoothly behind the scenes.
