Your Opportunity

You’ll oversee operations, set the tone for a positive culture, and champion our Bupa Model of Care—all while driving performance and empowering your people to thrive.

What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations with excellence and efficiency.
- Partner with clinical leaders to uphold the highest care standards.
- Drive financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Foster a positive, people-first culture through training and succession planning.
- Optimize occupancy, staffing rosters, and resident satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in residential aged care.
- Strong operational management and business acumen.
- Passion for empowering teams and delivering outstanding care.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and compliance.
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence. (Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Health Management or related field.)
