Trainee Carer | Traralgon
Traralgon, Australia
Commencement Date - Monday 22nd June 2026
We’re offering Carer Traineeships, where you’ll earn while you learn and complete a fully funded Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).
You’ll receive structured training, on‑the‑job support, and have all education and assessment costs covered by Bupa. Once you successfully complete the program, you’ll graduate with a nationally recognised qualification and the opportunity to step into a permanent Carer role with us — a meaningful career with long‑term growth in a supportive, people‑focused environment.
Your formal training will be delivered in partnership with a trusted training provider and will include a mix of online learning, face‑to‑face instruction, and on‑the‑job assessment. All training is designed to reflect the real requirements of your role as a Trainee Carer at Bupa. The traineeship runs for up to one year, after which you may transition into a Carer position within the home.
In order to be eligible, you will need to have valid work rights in Australia and be either an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident or have a visa that is valid for the duration of the traineeship.
