We have a 12-month FTC role available for a Test Lead to join us in either Sydney or Melbourne supporting our Data Transformation Program. The core role requires an experienced Test Lead who can support the delivery of both data products and platform level initiatives. You’ll be comfortable working with all levels of seniority and technical capability in the role of advisor and consultant on test plans, execution, and alignment with our overarching test strategy. Being very active in identifying enhancements in the craft of testing that we can look to adopt to bring even greater quality & efficiency to the data crew, and value squads delivering onto the data platform.
.Skills required to be successful in the role:
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline
- The ability to be agile and flexible
- Experience working as Test Lead in an agile development team
- ISTQB or similar Certification from recognized Testing Industry governing board
- Complete understanding of various development
- Consultation on sufficient test coverage, test strategy for releases
- Support with test environment details, access requests (inc. Sharepoint and Confluence).
- ADO test plan structure and naming conventions
- Support for team members using the TDD framework for the first time
- Support when experiencing issues + planning for required maintenance of TDD
- Support for ADO Test Status Dashboard creation and TCR PDF generation using Bravo Notes
- Review of TCR/Test Status Dashboards (and Approval for Major changes)
- Approval of ServiceNow change records (Major and some Minor)
- Preparation of Enterprise Monthly and Quarterly QA metrics
- Creation and maintenance of Testing ADO dashboards
