Senior .Net Sitecore Developer

We’re looking for a mid-level to senior .NET developer with experience in Sitecore. Strong proficiency in .NET is essential, and some hands-on experience with Sitecore will be a significant advantage.
This is a full-time role, ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career—from mid-level to senior.
Opportunity snapshot:
As part of the Technology team, you’ll use your .NET and Sitecore expertise to build scalable backend services and APIs that support Bupa’s digital systems and customer-facing applications. Your responsibilities include requirement analysis, solution design, development, API integration, testing, and implementation of maintainable solutions. You’ll work within Agile teams using .NET, Sitecore, JS/HTML/CSS, and Azure Cloud, following best practices in software development. This Team Member role is individual-contributor level, with no direct reports.
Your Contribution:
- Provide professional-level expertise in .NET and API development.
- Provide intermediate knowledge of Sitecore.
- Will develop functional and appealing web applications based on industry standard best practices. Will be responsible for website maintenance and enhancements.
- Will work with other Frontend and Backend developers in coding and troubleshooting.
- Planning and Organising / Work Management – Establishing a course of action for self to accomplish specific goals.

- Expanding knowledge on backend and Sitecore platform
Qualifications, training & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology - Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent
- Sitecore Developer Certification (optional) Experience
- 6+ years of hands-on commercial experience in developing web applications and API using Microsoft technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API).
- 2+ years of experience in developing Sitecore digital projects.
- Experience on Sitecore Headless and Helix architectures is highly regarded.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support system integration.
- Experience using TDS, Glass, Synthesis or another major ORM Mapper/Wrapper for Sitecore.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud Hosting platforms is a plus.
- Have demonstrable expert competence level in using development and automated testing tools in the .NET domain using the mocking framework and DI principles.
- Good understanding of software design principles and patterns.
- A proficient understanding of client-side scripting, JavaScript libraries and web frameworks • Experience with React and Next.js is desirable, along with a solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and pre-processing platforms.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/Mercurial/SVN/TFS. Experience with SOLID principles and delivering the re-usable, scalable, and maintainable code.
