Be part of our mission to become the world’s most customer-centric healthcare company.

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a critical in-flight remediation program, helping ensure Bupa delivers fair, fast, and transparent outcomes for impacted customers.

In this role, you will partner closely with the Remediation team and operational stakeholders to support the discovery, analysis, and delivery activities required across remediation and rectification programs. You’ll play a key role in understanding the scale and scope of impacted customer cohorts and identifying the system or conduct issues that underpin each remediation event—critical inputs to the delivery of accurate and effective solutions.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support data-driven remediation activities within the Health Insurance business. Your work will ensure Bupa “puts things right” efficiently, fairly, and consistently.

Working in an agile environment across multiple projects, you will be responsible for the extraction, curation, and analysis of data to define customer impact and ensure remediation rules and methodologies are applied accurately. You’ll also perform scenario testing, build validation frameworks, and document all logic, rules, and code to a high, standardised quality.

This is a highly collaborative role, partnering with project teams, business SMEs, data specialists, and technical stakeholders to enable high-quality and defensible remediation outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience delivering customer remediation in a data analyst capacity.
  • Strong SQL expertise with the ability to translate complex business rules into clear and accurate data rules.
  • Hands-on experience with large datasets and tools such as SQL, SAS, Power BI, etc.
  • Proven ability to extract, integrate, and validate data from multiple sources to create a synthesised, accurate view of impact.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence working in complex, fast-paced environments.

How You Will Add Value

  • Work within a project team, partnering with business and technical SMEs to build a deep understanding of remediation programs, including products, systems, and underlying data environments.
  • Translate business rules into precise data logic and author robust SQL code to extract and analyse data from source systems.
  • Design and build data management processes and tools that support remediation scope tracking, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Support remediation project managers through high-quality data analysis and insight.
  • Curate and validate data extractions with SMEs to ensure accuracy and alignment with remediation methodology.
  • Integrate and reconcile data outputs from multiple systems into a single, coherent dataset for calculation and reporting.
  • Conduct scenario testing and quality assurance to ensure defensible, fair, and repeatable remediation outcomes.
