About the opportunity:
As a casual Receptionistyou’ll be benefiting from exceptional development opportunities to take you as far as you want to go;
- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
- Supporting the clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
Who we’re looking for?
- Available to work shifts across Monday to Friday in our brand-new, purpose built clinics
- Clinics located in Wynyard, Neutral Bay and Seaforth with more opening in Sydney in 2026!
- Previous receptionist experience in a psychology/medical clinic is desirable
- Studying or have studied Bachelor of Psychology will be highly regarded
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and service innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
