The Opportunity:
Bupa Medical Pyrmont is a contemporary and compact site in a vibrant location, close to public transport. This centre looks after all the healthcare needs of employees at Google Headquarters! We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Bupa Medical Pyrmont available for Medical Receptionists seeking permanent part-time work: 

  • Our clinic is open Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm 
  • Small, close knit team
  • Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
  • Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
  • Processing payments via EFTPOS, HICAPs and Medicare
  • Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
  • High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner


You’ll be:

  • Available to work Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm – long weekend every week!
  • Previous Medical Reception experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about customer service and patient care
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
