We’re a global healthcare leader trusted by millions and committed to helping people to live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. Healthcare is changing, and so are we. We’re investing in more clinics, better systems and smarter, more connected ways to help our customers. Here, your work has purpose, your voice matters and your future is full of possibility. Just imagine the impact you could make.

The purpose of the role

As a Personal Team Assistant within Risk, you will support three senior members of the Risk Leadership Team, acting as a trusted partner to keep their day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll play a central role in coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings, finance administration, travel, Sydney risk event coordination and team recruitment and onboarding administration.

You’ll also support the senior leaders by preparing presentations, spreadsheets and documents, minutes and leaning in to assist the Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer, Bupa APAC where required. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll be the ‘go-to’ for administrative support, helping to drive efficiency, maintain high standards, and create a seamless working environment for senior leaders and their teams.

This role is offered as permanent, hybrid (2-3 days WFO) and based at Bupa's Sydney CBD offices, when you aren’t working from home.

Why you’ll love it?
We support our people to be the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves. From providing initiatives that develop careers to looking after our people’s health, wellbeing and futures. Through the Viva Healthier and Happier program, we’re providing health benefits for everyone who works at Bupa, no matter their role.

What you'll need to make it possible:

  • Strong experience supporting senior leaders, with the ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities seamlessly.
  • Highly polished communication skills, with confidence engaging across senior stakeholders and teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across documents, reporting, and coordination activities.
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership, solve problems and work with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced MS Office capability, with confidence preparing high-quality presentations, reports and materials.
  • Strong coordination skills across travel, events, onboarding and team logistics
  • Collaborative approach, with a willingness to support the broader team and step in where needed

Here at Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued. We are committed to building diverse teams that are reflective of the communities we serve and fostering a fair and inclusive workplace free from discrimination, bullying and harassment. Celebrate Wear it Purple Day and be the change

Wear it Purple was started to raise awareness of the discrimination faced by LGBTIQ+ youth, and the higher levels of suicide, depression and anxiety they experience as a result.
