The purpose of this job:
We are looking for a full-time permanent Multi-Site Practice Manager to look after our NSW Mindplace Clinics. Travelling across 6 locations including Wynyard, Neutral Bay, Seaforth, Roselands, Camperdown and Kensington*.
As the Multi-Site Practice Manager, you’ll benefit from exceptional development opportunities to take you as far as you want to go.
- Full-time permanent opportunity, working standard business hours (Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5pm)
- Coaching, leading & developing high performing clinic teams in a positive environment
- Assist with overall financial performance of the clinics in line with the approved budget
- Ensure smooth running of clinic operations and establish open communications across the practices
- Work with support teams in developing and implementing relevant programs & guides
- Support with patient management; checking, processing & managing customer accounts
- Proactively marketing the clinics to drive patient numbers
- Effectively support the recruitment & selection for clinic staff
*Must hold valid Drivers Licence, role will include vehicle allowance
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- Strong leadership experience within healthcare settings
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and service innovation
- Passion for improving access and outcomes in mental health
- Prior business and people management experience essential
- Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
- Understanding of how to generate income and control costs
- Able to face into difficult conversations & deal promptly with issues when they arise
- Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including psychologists, clients, and your clinics team
- Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the clinics
- Full drivers licence and own car
