We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Data Specialist to join the Blua Growth Crew to implement the digital data layer of Bupa digital estate. You’ll role will work within the Digital Insights team in translating requirements into action, will maintain and extend the digital data layer so that it is coherent, transparent, and consumable; and ensure that digital data capture is consistent over time to enable digital metrics tracking and trending. 

Skills required to be successful in the role: 

  • Tertiary qualification in business/statistics/analytical or related discipline 
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role with experience in Marketing Tag implementation and running multivariate test for insight-based optimisation 
  • Demonstrated experience setting up tags using Enterprise Tag Management Solutions such as Tealium, Google Tag Manager or Ensighten and a good understanding of tag management data layer 
  • Extensive experience working with Adobe Analytics and Target Premium (preferable) 
  • Demonstrated experience working with Tealium, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target or other tag management and analytic solutions, Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), Sitecore (desirable), Tealium audience manager and Tealium data access 
  • Experience working with, and having working knowledge of, JavaScript is highly advantageous 
  • Experience working directly with developers in implementing analytic solutions 
  • Experience within an optimisation program aimed at improving onsite conversion. 
  • Experience in online marketing campaigns, across channels including SEO, SEM, Display and Social.
