Here, your work has purpose, your voice matters and your future is full of possibility.
The purpose of this job is…

What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Experience or a Certificate III in Dental Assisting is highly regarded; however, we encourage all candidates with a genuine passion for a career in dental assisting to apply.
- Demonstrated chair-side assistance skills, including instrument handling, suction, mixing materials, assisting with X-rays, and sound knowledge of dental instrumentation.
- Strong understanding of infection control, with the ability to clean, prepare, and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment in line with BDC procedures and WHS requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm, patient-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, modern, high-volume dental practice while contributing positively to a supportive team culture.
Why you’ll love it?
- A people-first culture that supports your health, happiness, and wellbeing.
- Career growth opportunities through ongoing learning and internal pathways.
- Exclusive benefits and discounts, including health insurance, tech, fitness, and lifestyle perks.
- A workplace that recognises, rewards, and celebrates your success.
Here at Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued. We are committed to building diverse teams that are reflective of the communities we serve and fostering a fair and inclusive workplace free from discrimination, bullying and harassment. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds and experiences, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, veterans, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ applicants and are dedicated to removing barriers to participation.
If this sounds exciting, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s shape the future of healthcare, together.
For successful candidates, a Working with Children Check permit is required as part of our mandatory background check screening process.
