The purpose of this job is…
is to provide exceptional patient care by enhancing their overall experience throughout our services. The position involves managing the practice's treatment plans with the aim of improving conversion rates, ensuring that patients receive the appropriate care and follow-up. Additionally, the role requires serving as a key liaison between the dentist and patients, facilitating clear communication and understanding, thus contributing to a seamless and supportive healthcare environment.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Exceptional communication & patient‑focused care, the ability to build rapport, guide patients through their treatment journey, communicate clearly in person and in writing, and deliver a consistently positive experience.
- Clinical and operational confidence, a background in dentistry, familiarity with practice management systems, and the capability to understand treatment plans, compliance requirements, and safe working practices.
- Relationship‑building & collaboration, working seamlessly with clinicians, reception, and the Practice Manager to coordinate treatment, follow up enquiries, and support a smooth, high‑quality patient journey.
- Results‑driven organisation & initiative, tracking treatment conversions, prioritising tasks, thinking creatively about improving NPS and patient experience, and proactively following up leads, incomplete treatment, and wellbeing evaluations.
