  • Clinical and operational confidence, a background in dentistry, familiarity with practice management systems, and the capability to understand treatment plans, compliance requirements, and safe working practices.
  • Relationship‑building & collaboration, working seamlessly with clinicians, reception, and the Practice Manager to coordinate treatment, follow up enquiries, and support a smooth, high‑quality patient journey.
  • Results‑driven organisation & initiative, tracking treatment conversions, prioritising tasks, thinking creatively about improving NPS and patient experience, and proactively following up leads, incomplete treatment, and wellbeing evaluations.

Why you’ll love it?

  • A people-first culture that supports your health, happiness, and wellbeing.
  • Career growth opportunities through ongoing learning and internal pathways.
  • Exclusive benefits and discounts, including health insurance, tech, fitness, and lifestyle perks.
