What you'll be doing
- Welcoming patients and providing a warm, professional experience from the moment they arrive.
- Managing appointments, recalls, reminders and patient enquiries.
- Processing payments, billing and invoicing accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining patient records and practice documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while upholding Bupa's values and commitment to patient care.
