The purpose of this job

Responsible for providing efficient and timely general and more complex administrative services and assistance to the Client Partnership Services team who deliver industry leading wellness services to Bupa’s corporate and international clients. 

Key to this role is responsibility for delivering a superior level of service to Bupa’s transactional clients, supporting professional relationships with key client stakeholders and maximising employee engagement in the wellness services delivered. 

The role will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of scheduling requests, logistics or equipment, paperwork, travel, and digital supplies for the services delivered to Bupa Wellness clients. 

The role is also responsible for overseeing the requests made of suppliers and purchasing of associated equipment, stock and consumables is streamlined and cost effective. Coordination of Wellness facilitators and third-party suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services always 

What you’ll need to make it possible:

  • Experience in event management and/or health promotion qualifications preferred 
  • Previous experience working within a corporate organisation (desirable but not essential) 
  • Proven administrative and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and self-direct work 
  • Ability to communicate effectively and autonomously for a geographically dispersed team 
  • Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and OneNote 
  • Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills, with a high level of attention to detail 
  • Excellent customer service and phone management skills 
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills 

What you’ll be doing in this role: 

  • Assist with planning; organisation of marketing activities; creation and assignment of Job Notifications; client liaison as required 
  • Providing quality, service-oriented and customer focused account management for a portfolio of wellness clients and manage the implementation of wellness services that ensure client’s contractual obligations and expectations are met or exceeded 
  • Develop and facilitate effective internal marketing strategies for the promotion of client wellness services to maximise employee engagement, booking and participation uptake 
  • Assist and support the Client Services team with effective management of health program data for reporting purposes 
  • Ensure quality and accuracy of all financial and operational processes e.g., job notifications, client billing etc
