The purpose of the role

We're seeking a proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to support our Corporate Affairs & Sustainability leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator, team assistant, or graduate looking to gain exposure to senior leaders while developing valuable skills in business operations and administration. You'll be part of a collaborative team where no two days are the same and your flexible customer focused support will help keep the team running smoothly.


This role will support with diary management, travel bookings, expenses, purchase orders, team events, onboarding activities, meeting coordination, SharePoint management, and with your meticulous attention to detail, document formatting.

What You'll Need to Make It Possible


  • Previous experience as an Administration Assistant, Team Assistant, Coordinator, or a recent graduate with transferable skills.
  • A customer-focused approach, team spirit and a take pride in helping others succeed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience using, or an eagerness to learn, Copilot and other digital productivity tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Adaptability, initiative and a willingness to learn and take ownership of administrative tasks.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
