Purpose of this job

The ServiceNow Solution Architect is a strategic, senior level role responsible for designing, overseeing, and guiding the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise functions. This role acts as a technology leader, ensuring alignment between business needs and platform capabilities while enabling scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow solutions. The architect drives best practices, platform governance, and innovation across IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), and Security Operations (SecOps) with a future looking view of AI Adoption on the ServiceNOW platform

  • Lead the end‑to‑end architectural design of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps, ensuring scalable and sustainable solution design.
  • Translate business and process requirements into high‑quality technical architectures, leveraging ServiceNow best practices, CSDM standards, and modern integration patterns.
  • Drive implementation and enhancement initiatives by providing technical leadership focused on performance, reusability, security, and platform governance.
  • Design and oversee integrations with third‑party systems using APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub, ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability.
  • Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to developers, administrators, and consultants while supporting agile delivery, DevOps practices, and ongoing platform roadmap planning.

What you’ll need to make it possible

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform implementation, with end-to-end delivery
  • Strong understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB design, and ServiceNow architecture principles. 
  • Proven ability to architect secure, performant, and extensible solutions.
  • Experience with agile delivery models, pipeline-driven deployments, and version-controlled
