This is a highly visible senior role that partners with senior leaders across strategy, transformation, finance, technology and business operations. You'll provide oversight of strategic initiatives, identify risks and dependencies, support prioritisation decisions, and strengthen Bupa's organisational execution capability through disciplined governance, planning and stakeholder engagement.

  • Coordinate the day-to-day management of the APAC strategic portfolio, maintaining visibility of initiatives, delivery progress, dependencies, risks, benefits and key commitments.
  • Support annual and quarterly portfolio planning and prioritisation activities, providing analysis and recommendations to optimise investment, resource allocation and delivery sequencing.
  • Partner with business leaders, program and initiative sponsors and delivery teams to ensure strategic programs remain aligned to enterprise priorities, business plans and organisational capacity.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio governance, planning and reporting frameworks that provide transparency, consistency and accountability across strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate senior leader reporting, portfolio reviews and governance forums, delivering timely insights on portfolio health, delivery confidence, strategic performance and benefits realisation.

  • Demonstrated success in strategy execution, translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence senior leaders and drive alignment across diverse business functions.
  • Proven experience facilitating executive discussions, navigating competing priorities and influencing strategic trade-off and investment decisions.
  • Strong portfolio, governance and delivery management capability, including reporting, prioritisation, risk management and performance oversight.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale initiatives across multiple business functions, managing interdependencies and driving outcomes without direct authority.
  • Management consulting experience and/or exposure to enterprise strategy or CEO-facing environments will be highly regarded.
