We’re growing our Crew and currently have number of opportunities available, including Senior Full Stack Engineers with varying front‑end and back‑end experience, as well as a Mid‑Level Full Stack Engineer.

Our ideal candidates will have strong experience across modern technologies such as .NET, .NET Core, APIs, React, Node.js, Next.js, and other contemporary frameworks and tools.

We highly prefer candidates with experience in Azure Cloud, as this is our core environment. However, we’re also open to strong AWS candidates who bring transferable skills and the right attitude to learn and adapt.

The purpose of the role

You will be working with cross-functional Agile teams on projects and extensional initiatives to implement new or enhanced functionalities of different Bupa Digital systems. You will be involved in the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment phases of the frontend development and expecting to deliver high-quality applications built using .NET technologies that meet or exceed business and customer expectations

You will also collaborate with the product owners, business analysts, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to understand the user requirements and expectations.

You will be requested to contribute to development activities on .Net core applications and Azure.

What you’ll need to make it possible 

  • Build functional, responsive web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, HTML5, CSS3, and styled‑components.
  • Develop reusable components and ensure UI/UX designs are technically feasible and optimised for performance.
  • Integrate with backend APIs using Axios or Fetch, and manage builds, dependencies, and testing with Yarn/NPM, Webpack, Jest, and React Testing Library.
  • Work on .NET Core APIs and web applications to deliver high‑quality business solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing websites, using Git for version control and Babel/SWC for cross‑browser compatibility.
  • Follow best‑practice standards in coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Support and mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
  • Work with the Microsoft Azure platform, particularly Azure Service Bus and Azure Functions; experience with Azure B2C is highly beneficial.
  • Use Microsoft SQL Server, including creating and managing stored procedures.
  • Operate effectively in containerised environments (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Experience with git version control and agile concepts 
  • Understanding of internet security issues and mitigation strategies 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
