What’s your role?

The Senior Campaign Consultant (SmartComm) is required to develop and execute cross-channel communications through SmartCOMM to enable personalisation and relevance at scale. Your responsibilities include technical build of automated communications, producing and quality-testing communications, validating & preparing data files, identifying, and remediating issues along the campaign development lifecycle. This position will also support the content management of our digital asset management system, ensuring effective organisation and utilisation of digital assets.

What will my day involve?

  • Lead the design, develop, and implementation of customer communications management (CCM) solutions across multiple channels including, but not limited to, eDM, SMS and DM.
  • Create email layouts and templates with use of Smart Components within Smartcomm Platform. 
  • Design, Deliver and execute communication campaigns with a focus on scalability and efficiency. 
  • Develop, test, and deploy advanced templates and workflows for personalized customer campaign communications. 
  • Support the End-to-End integration testing and user acceptance testing.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies with business goals. 
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex CCM campaign system issues. 
  • Use your knowledge of Smartcomm capabilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement in customer communication strategies and technologies.
  • Deliver on the automation strategies for acquisition, loyalty, retention, cross-sell and upgrade campaigns, along with service, product and regulatory communications
  • Ensure campaigns are executed on time, strictly in line with processes and compliance requirements and risks are appropriately mitigated. 
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Smartcomm development processes, configurations, and best practices.

What will I bring?

  • Sound knowledge of SMARTCOMM(Thunderhead) Suits of Products – Advanced Template Designer (Business Content Studio and Admin), Data Modeler (Business Object Studio), Review Now, Interview Now and Dashboard.
  • Sound knowledge about SmartCOMM Modules - Data Modeler, Advanced Template Designer and Web Editor.
  • Good knowledge about Thunderhead/Smart Communication API's.
  • Should be well versed with preparation of the XML data schema and their mapping to business data objects. 
  • Authoring business templates as per the business requirements.
  • Consolidating form templates, recognizing common graphical elements, information blocks, layouts, variable data requirements, functional similarity and multilingual.
  • Developing and documenting forms designs and form specifications, including form usage and derivation rules, data mapping, variable logic, templates, styles, layout etc. 
  • Should be well versed in creation of Static Layouts for Print and Responsive Layouts for Web. 
  • Technical knowledge in creating Simple, Scriptable Batch Config/Template Selector and Output Configurations for post processing. 
  • Demonstrated experience with DAM systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, SiteCore) and a solid understanding of metadata and taxonomy. Proven experience in digital image creation, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other creative tools.
  • Experience in photo editing, retouching, and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with digital image formats and their specific uses (JPEG, PNG, TIFF, SVG, etc.)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve technical and content management issues. 
  • Ability to blend and work in a multi cultured team with experience of working in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
