The Senior Analyst – Enterprise Reporting (Change & Risk) plays a pivotal role in supporting the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of change management and risk frameworks across Bupa.
This role is responsible for providing technical analysis and actionable insights that enable effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of change and risk across the enterprise Bupa APAC portfolio. By partnering with members of the Enterprise Delivery Office, delivery teams and business units, the Senior Analyst ensures that robust change and risk controls are embedded in project delivery, supporting the successful execution of strategic initiatives.
How will I help?
- Conduct detailed technical analysis of change impacts and risk exposures across the enterprise portfolio, identifying potential challenges, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise change and risk reporting, change management frameworks, project standards, and templates
- Prepare and maintain reports on change and risk activities, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance for stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve change management and risk practices through innovation, automation, and data-driven insights
- Monitor compliance with change management frameworks, standards, and policies, identifying areas for improvement and recommending technical solutions
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of reporting, tools and resources that support effective change management
- Assist in the delivery of training and capability uplift in change and project risk reporting, change management standards and practices, helping teams adopt best practice approaches
- Provide expert advice and support to project teams and business units on change and risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and change management best practices
- Champion best practices in change management, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Enterprise Delivery Office

What do I need?
The successful candidate will have experience in an analyst or support role within a project reporting, change, or risk management large matrix organisation. Experience supporting the development and implementation of change management frameworks, standards, and practices is highly valued, along with the ability to conduct technical analysis, assess risk exposures, and provide actionable insights to support project delivery.
Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills are critical, with the capability to synthesise complex information and present clear recommendations. Experience with data analysis and Project Portfolio Management tools will be regarded favourably. A collaborative approach is essential, with the ability to work effectively within a team and engage stakeholders across business units and enabling functions.
