What You’ll Be Working On

As a Senior Acquisition Growth Manager in our Health Insurance (HI) team you’ll be at the heart of our business - helping us accelerate customer growth across all acquisition channels, partnering with channel leads across the business to identify opportunities, remove blockers, and drive initiatives that boost performance and reduce friction for new customers. 

This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with executional excellence. You’ll own and manage our pipeline of initiatives enabling us to deliver on our market share ambitions through acquisition growth by identifying and defining what initiatives and levers we focus on and deliver and partnering closely with key stakeholders to shape and deliver each initiative and lever.


We’re Looking for Someone to:

- Take business-wide view of acquisition: Understand how all acquisition channels and commercial drivers work together to bring in customers.

- Make insights actionable: Turn data into focused action across the funnel.

- Drive improvements: From lead quality and conversion rates to improving how we welcome new customers and reduce early drop-off.

- Lead through influence: Work with channel owners to spot inefficiencies and opportunities.

- Act like it’s your business: Take responsibility for solving problems that can unlock new growth.

This permanent full-time position may be based at our Exhibition Street, Melbourne offices. Bupa offers hybrid working arrangements to work from the office and from home.


You will bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • 5–9 years’ experience in performance, ideally in a management consulting or internal strategy role, or a combination of both.
  • Previous experience in management consulting and/or internal strategy roles within large or complex organisations with demonstrated ability to influence to identify and deliver impactful opportunities that drive growth and manage and manage delivery of a cross-functional roadmap.
  • Strong analytical skills, but equally strong at execution and follow-through.
