The purpose of this job

Bupa Medical Visa Services (BMVS) provides health assessments and related services for immigration purposes. Our primary client is the Department of Home Affairs. The business operates in a highly complex health and stakeholder environment with significant political and commercial implications for Bupa. This role sits as part of the National Provider Team, to enable and support service delivery of services at our Partner Clinics and Specialist Providers, and to ensure they align with BMVS exceptional customer experience, outstanding client outcomes and highest level of clinical safety and quality. 

The applicant will be responsible for supporting our Subcontractor Provider Network to be successful, self-organised and adaptive. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and to deliver the right solutions aligned to business strategy and values.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead, coach and manage Partner Clinics and Specialist Providers to deliver results in line with agreed performance targets 
  • Manage workflows across multiple channels and ensure high quality service 
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, whilst building strong working relationships 
  • Manage external stakeholders, troubleshooting complex issues and achieving best outcomes
  • Produce and manage business and stakeholder reporting 
  • Support the delivery of remote and site audits, including preparation of scope and improvement plans 
  • Project development relating to portfolios with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Contribute to development assigning and monitoring of online learning modules 
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions towards process improvement

What you’ll need to make it possible

  • Relationship Management experience
  • Experience in health care delivery or service-based industries involving relationship management 
  • Experience in dealing with complaints and escalations 
  • The ability to coach, train, and motivate service providers and evaluate their performance 
  • Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills • Analytical skills and the ability to understand data and trends 
  • Strong ability to plan and prioritise workloads, across multiple channels 
  • Relevant industry and professional memberships
