The purpose of the role:
The Project Manager role will lead the Phase 2 rollout of Bupa's front door for everything our people need as an employee, called the Blue Door. The Blue Door is delivered through ServiceNow Employee Centre (HRSD). This phase of the program will focus on expanding platform integrations, leveraging AI chat bots, broadening knowledge content, and embedding scalable, high‑quality employee experiences.
This is a delivery‑focused role partnering closely with senior business leaders and technology teams to deliver complex, cross‑functional change at pace, ensuring strategic outcomes for our customers and our people. The is a key role in the continued evolution of Bupa’s digital employee experience, shaping how employees and managers interact with core people services through intuitive, integrated digital solutions.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Strong Project Management experience delivering medium to large‑scale projects within HR and Technology environments
- Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
- Demonstrated capability partnering with senior business leaders and technology teams to deliver outcomes at pace
- Experience working with HR platforms and employee service solutions (e.g. ServiceNow Employee Centre (HRSD) and Workday)
- Confidence leading change initiatives and embedding sustainable adoption outcomes
- Experience mentoring or leading project team members across delivery, technology and business roles
- Exposure to Agentic AI or AI‑enabled solutions is highly regarded
