The purpose of the role:

The purpose of the People Services Administrator role is to provide exceptional HR support and ensure a seamless, positive experience for employees across the business. As the first point of contact for HR queries, you’ll provide clear, timely, and helpful guidance through phone, ServiceNow and other communication channels.

You’ll also play an important role in maintaining accurate employee data in Workday and preparing key documents such as contracts, variations, and letters. This position is essential in supporting the success and efficiency of our People team, and your work will directly shape how employees experience HR across the organisation.

This is a 6‑month fixed term contract where you’ll learn a lot, be trusted with meaningful work, and be surrounded by people who genuinely want to see you grow.

What you’ll need to make it possible:

  • Previous experience in an HR role or HR qualifications (Certificate IV, diploma or degree) 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset
  • A drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Experience coordinating administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
