Our role Purpose
We have new exciting permanent opportunity for a Lead Solution Architect to join our Health Insurance Team. Your role will be to Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end solution architectures for complex, enterprise-scale initiatives. Ensure alignment between business strategy, technology strategy, and enterprise architecture. Establish and govern architecture standards, design principles, and target state across multiple programmes. Drive consistency, quality, and sustainability of solutions across domains while balancing cost, risk, and customer outcomes.

What you’ll need to make it possible
- Extensive experience in solution architecture within complex enterprise environments.
- Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, multi-system solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, integration patterns, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in balancing business, technical, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making.
- Experience working across Agile and hybrid delivery models.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, cloud platforms) highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries (preferred).
