The purpose of the role
Bupa’s Finance division are seeking two Finance Graduates to join the Financial Planning & Analysis team on a 2-year fixed term contract. This is a hands-on opportunity to support the Health Services business unit where you’ll gain practical experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis while contributing to decisions that shape the future of Bupa.
With a commitment to provide continuous learning and professional development throughout the placement, this is your chance to build foundational skills, work alongside a dynamic finance team, and see first-hand how financial insights drive business success.
This hybrid role (2 days) will be based from Bupa’s George Street offices, Sydney CBD or Exhibition Street offices, Melbourne.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Be available to work 38 hours, Monday to Friday, commencing in June 2026
- Graduated in 2025 or due to graduate this Semester with a Bachelor of Business, major in Finance preferred or similar related discipline e.g. Commerce, Accounting with a strong academic record.
- Actively studying or planning to undertake, Chartered Practical Accounting (CPA) or Chartered Accountancy (CA) studies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exposure to financial modelling tools would be advantageous
- Data driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to turn data into actionable insights.
- Curiosity, flexibility, initiative, and a collaborative spirit.
