The opportunity:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Health Transformation team, providing essential project and administrative support.
In this role, you’ll coordinate, schedule, and track engagement meetings with hospital partners, including quarterly performance reviews and strategic committee sessions. You’ll be responsible for documenting meetings, circulating agendas and minutes, and ensuring that agreed actions are followed through to completion.
Your work will be key in maintaining accurate records and upholding governance standards for all external stakeholder engagements.
You’ll also have the opportunity to support the delivery of health transformation initiatives by managing project administration and assisting in the creation of key project materials.

This permanent full-time position can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Adelaide.
We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you’ll have the flexibility to work from home or from our office in any of these locations.
How will I help?
You will add value by:
- Coordinating, scheduling, tracking and reporting on engagement meetings with hospital partners including quarterly performance reviews and strategic committee meetings with the Strategic Partnership & Innovation Managers and Commercial Team as directed.
- Ensuring that all hospitals are assigned an applicable tiering, this is reviewed annually and that applicable engagement meetings are being held as required based on the tier level set out in the Hospital Engagement Framework.
- Supporting the Strategic Partnership & Innovation Managers to develop and maintain clear plans covering strategic partnerships that outline areas of focus, progress made and required investment.
- Maintaining detailed action registers covering agreed actions, party responsible and due dates.
- Supporting the Strategic Partnership and Innovation Managers to maintain detailed plans to implement agreed initiatives, track progress on agreed actions and follow-up parties for progress updates.
- Collaborating with the Head of Health Transformation to implement accurate and timely reporting that highlights progress, areas requiring focus and provides visibility of work to senior stakeholders.
- Supporting the Strategic Partnership and Innovation Managers to drive initiative delivery. Responsibilities include supporting with conducting research, stakeholder interviews, analysing data, synthesising results, and developing project artefacts.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:
- Previous experience as a Team Assistant and/or equivalent project support role.
- Proven ability to develop and present polished artefacts/presentation decks ready for senior audiences.
- Proactively takes ownership and acts with integrity to deliver required results.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organised and proven delivery of coordination and planning activities.
