About the opportunity:

• This full-time role requires our successful candidate to work a 4-day week and 9.5-hour days; Saturdays are required. 
• We are conveniently located on Albert Road where we have free onsite parking and are just a 6-minute walk from the tram stop on Toorak Rd/St Kilda Rd.

The Heart of the Role:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
• Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
• Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
• Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
• Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
• Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

What you'll bring:

• Experience working at a local Australian Dental practice highly regarded but not essential
• Passionate about customer service / patient care
• Organised with attention to detail
• A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
• Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
