We’re looking for a new Data & Reporting Program Coordinator to join the Business Transformation & Data team for our Health Insurance Business.

The opportunity:
This role will be supporting and enabling multiple project teams to deliver high value reporting and data assets for our internal customers. You’ll do this by creating a line of site to work completion and ensuring the team have access to the right tools and services to succeed.
While this role won’t have any direct reports, leadership is a requirement of the role, as the successful applicant will be able to bring the team together and confidently engage with both internal and external leaders and their support teams.
What do I need?
- 2-3 years of experience in a program coordinator role (or something similar)
- Experience working in a scaled Agile environment and coordinating meetings and events (e.g. daily standups, retros, steerco packs, etc.).
- Be able to prioritise and complete tasks on time with a high level of attention to detail.
This is a 12-month Fixed term Contract/Secondment opportunity, that can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane.
We offer hybrid work arrangements, so you’ll have the flexibility to work from one of our offices in any of these locations in the CBD and work from home.
How will I help?
You will add value by:
- Supporting the planning and coordination of multiple data and reporting project teams.
- Overseeing daily administrative and operational activities.
- Maintaining input to multiple systems covering projects, risks, finances and more.
- Supporting consistency and clarity of communication with internal stakeholders.
- Scheduling and organising meetings, including project and team events.
- Monitoring team adherence to both team processes and guidelines, as well as those of the broader business.
