The purpose of this job is:

As we build out our new Cyber Threat Management function, we're looking for a standout leader to join us as Continuous Controls Manager — a unique role at the intersection of security engineering, AI, and response.

You'll be responsible for designing and operating a continuous controls assurance and response capability from the ground up — shaping how we detect, assess, and respond to control gaps in real time.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience with agentic AI and autonomous systems
• Strong background in knowledge systems design and engineering
• Deep understanding of controls assurance frameworks
• A track record of leading and growing engineering teams
• Architectural and design pattern expertise

What you’ll need to make it possible:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on security testing, security engineering, vulnerability/exposure management and/or controls assurance 
• Proven experience in the healthcare and/or financial services sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience with the application of the MITRE ATT&CK framework. 
• Strong understanding of the cyber threat landscape, threat actors, TTPs (tactics, techniques, and procedures), and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with Breach Attack Simulation, Security Testing, Cyber Data Fabric/Lakes, ServiceNow CMDB, WIZ, Defender Suite, Palo Alto Prisma, Imperva, Qualys, ASM      
• Experienced in risk and policy management frameworks, standards development and controls assurance
