About the Role

We’re seeking a Channel Insights Manager to join our Customer Channels & Growth (CC&G) team, closely supporting the Head of Channel Analytics. In this role, you’ll transform complex business challenges into clear, actionable recommendations that drive performance and strategic initiatives. With a strong curiosity for processes and customer insights, you’ll uncover opportunities that improve outcomes and influence senior leadership through compelling data storytelling. You’ll lead continuous improvement in data facilitation, optimise resources and emerging technologies, and act as a trusted advisor supporting data-driven decision-making across CC&G.

This role not only involves leading and mentoring a team but also demands a strong focus on the day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in data tools and thrive on being hands-on throughout the end-to-end delivery of strategic insights.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic insights that highlight operational impact, customer friction, and market performance.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations to support senior leaders’ decision-making.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders through strong advisory relationships and compelling data storytelling.
  • Lead and mentor analysts, fostering a culture of critical thinking and solution-oriented problem solving.
  • Drive operational excellence by aligning data with business objectives, optimising resources, and adopting new data architectures.
  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and business processes.

About You

  • Demonstrated 5+ years in business advisory/consulting, with 2+ years in a relevant industry
  • Strong data analysis and ability to present complex information clearly
  • Demonstrated success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams, while remaining actively engaged and hands-on in execution
  • Strong working knowledge of Databricks, Python and SQL 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions
  • Track record in identifying and driving improvement opportunities
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills; adept at influencing senior leaders through compelling data storytelling
  • Skilled at delivering results in complex, ambiguous environments
  • Ability to build strong advisory relationships and influence decision-making
  • Experience in contact centre or customer-facing operations is desirable
