Additional Services Consultant

The opportunity
The Additional Services Consultant plays a pivotal role in elevating the resident experience by empowering care home administrative teams to successfully deliver the Additional Services program. This role provides expert coaching, guidance, and ongoing support to ensure teams are confident, compliant, and equipped to maximise program effectiveness. Through strong relationships, proactive problem‑solving, and a focus on continuous improvement, the Additional Services Consultant helps each home deliver high‑quality, value‑adding services that enhance resident satisfaction and operational performance.
How will I help?
- Help care homes deliver and grow the Additional Services program.
- Supportlocal sales and marketing activities.
- Train and support General Managers and Customer Service Consultants.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and overall program performance.
- Perform concierge duties and create service plans in Checked In Care.
- Work with the Resident Placement Team to increase program uptake.
- Coach teams to meet Bupa and legislative requirements.
- Complete regular audits and use compliance tools across care homes.
- Maintain accurate resident records, service changes and quarterly reviews.
- Support care homes to ensure services are delivered and charged correctly, including tracking substitutions and changes.
What do you need?
- Strong influencing, planning and delivery skills
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Clear and confident written and verbal communication
- Experience delivering complex, large‑scale communication or engagement initiatives
- Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Great time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
