Bupa Dental Mackay is a state-of-the-art, 7-chair practice in the heart of Mackay at Canelands Central Shopping Centre that opened in September 2025.
Since opening in September 2025, the practice has operated at full production, delivering a comprehensive range of treatments including implants, crowns, periodontal care, and restorative and other treatments.
We are now looking for a passionate Senior/Lead Dentist to be part of one of our most successful and high performing practice.
This presents a unique opportunity to join a newly established clinic with strong patient demand from the outset, while also providing clinical leadership and oversight to the development of existing clinicians.
As a Lead Dentist, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening clinical quality, consistency, and collaboration within a practice through expertise, mentorship, and professional influence, while also benefiting from strong earning potential.
