We are currently seeking a Lead Nurse (Registered Nurse) to join our Urgent Care team and provide both clinical and operational leadership.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to combine hands-on clinical care with leadership in a fast-paced Urgent Care environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supporting the nursing team
  • Coordinating patient flow and daily clinical operations
  • Triage and assessment of urgent presentations
  • Supporting clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
  • Assisting with staff onboarding, training and development

About You

  • Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency, Acute Care or a similar environment
  • Strong triage, assessment and clinical decision-making skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and team culture
