About the Role
Make a meaningful impact every day by creating a clean, safe, and welcoming home for our residents. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Cleaning Assistant to join our Greensborough home on a permanent part time basis.
About the Home
Our Greensborough care home is a modern residency, set in a close-knit community, located on the scenic Diamond Creek Road. With transport links nearby, and only 22kms from the CBD, it consists of 90 beds, with a variety of care types. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.
Duties
- Maintain legislated safety, quality and hygiene standards
- Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
- Complete required documentation and reporting
- Ad hoc support to the broader team as required
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cleaning experience preferred but not essential
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
