International Partnership Coordinator

The International Corporate Partnership (ICP) team exists to deliver growth, value, and mutually beneficial relationships for Bupa. We work with our partners across universities and institutions, education and migration agents, and corporate and broker clients to support the end-to-end health and wellness needs of their own clients, students, and employees.
The opportunity:
We're looking for an International PartnershipCoordinator to join our ICP team to support with enquiries from new and existing university partners.
In this role, you’ll manage inbound inquiries from universities while ensuring service levels and compliance is adhered to. You’ll be working with relevant internal and external stakeholders delivering exceptional partnership support.
This permanent full-time position is based at our Turbot St, Brisbane office, but you will also be required to visit university and institution sites in QLD so you will need to have a valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:
- Previous sales and customer service delivery experience.
- Solid knowledge of the Australian health insurance industry.
- Understanding of the overseas student and workers market and/or exposure to the education/migration sector.
How will I help?
You will add value by:
- Supporting with enquiries from university clients of the International Partnership Team.
- Meeting required client service level expectations.
- Building effective client stakeholder relationships to support Senior Partnership Manager.
- Regularly seek feedback from Clients on Bupa service levels and ensure prompt and effective resolution of any customer or client issues.
- Maintaining knowledge of Bupa products and services.
- Identifying sales and service opportunities with agent partners.
- Ensuring updated marketing materials are shared across agent client portfolios.
- Ensuring that the appropriate sales systems are kept up to date and follow due sales processes.
- Supporting on-site activities for university partners, including orientations, seminars etc.
