Are you passionate about management and looking for an exciting new opportunity? Bupa Dental is introducing a brand-new, state-of-the-art practice in Booragoon. We’re seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to join our growing team as we prepare to open our doors soon.
As a Practice Manager, you’ll benefit from a supportive team, exceptional development opportunities and a career path that can take you as far as you want to go. While dental management experience is advantageous, we also welcome accomplished retail Store Managers and other proven leaders who bring strong, transferable expertise.
The purpose of this job is..
To deliver a high-quality front-office experience within the dental practice, managing patient appointments, billing, payments, and records, while also providing chairside assisting to support clinical care delivery. To promote patient education in dental health and contribute to the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the practice.
What you’ll need to make it possible:
- Act as the first point of contact for patients, creating a friendly and professional experience while supporting smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Coordinate daily appointment flow by monitoring the schedule, managing changes, and liaising with the clinical team to minimise disruptions.
- Support efficient practice operations by handling general administrative tasks, including correspondence, filing, and assisting with internal systems and processes.
- Uphold a high standard of presentation and organisation across the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment while consistently demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
