Be at the 💙 of growing your career
The Group Internal Audit (GIA) Graduate Programme is a structured two-year initiative designed to immerse recent university graduates in Bupa’s global internal audit function – turning curious minds into confident auditors. It offers hands-on experience across Bupa APAC’s diverse business units, focusing on audit methodology, risk management and regulatory compliance.
Approaching its third year of running, the programme is part of GIA’s commitment to developing future leaders in risk and internal control management and assurance.
By the programme’s end, graduates will have:
- Made large contributions to and taken ownership of audit planning, delivery and reporting activities
- Built a toolkit of technical and behavioural skills
- Gained exposure to senior Bupa leaders
- Attained a clear career path in a future in audit, risk, governance or something else entirely through firsthand analysis of the many processes and business areas that GIA performs audits across.
