Take your Bupa career global

Thinking about working overseas? Through Bupa’s Global Mobility Program, you can explore international opportunities across our markets in the UK, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and beyond.

Whether it’s a short-term assignment or a permanent move, we’ll support you to broaden your career, gain international experience, and make an impact in new places.

Where could you go

With the Internal Global Mobility Program, you could be relocating to one of Bupa’s international markets, each offering familiar functions, just tailored to local environments. Here’s what you can expect:

  • In the UK, Spain, Chile, Poland, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Türkiye, Brazil, Mexico, India, and Saudi Arabia, you’ll find opportunities in Health Insurance, as well as hands-on service roles across Health Clinics, Hospital Care, Dental Care, Digital Health (Blua), and Aged Care (where available).

  • Spain, Chile, and Poland are strong markets for hospital-based care, backed by decades of Bupa-owned facilities.

  • New Zealand, UK, Spain, and Australia offer roles in Aged Care, meeting evolving needs in care homes and retirement villages.

  • Beyond these, our footprint in Latin America is supported heavily through our Sanitas-led operations, which uncovers further opportunities across clinics, insurance, and healthcare services.
