Welcome to Bupa Ballina, a beautiful care home set in the scenic seaside town of Ballina on the North Coast of NSW. Our location is amazing, with beautiful beaches and brilliant scenery that we try to enjoy as much as possible, in and out of work.
Ballina is a close-knit, community driven home where we regularly reach out to help our neighbours with initiatives such as free blood pressure checks in the local mall to ensure they know Bupa is here, and we care.
We have a wonderful team of bubbly, friendly and caring staff who work together in a safe space to make meaningful impact to our residents and their families.
We are dedicated in our support of team members career ambitions and many team members have progressed, some from our catering team up to Lifestyle and Wellbeing Officers.
When we have a new starter, we like to welcome them with a morning tea and even put up their flag if from overseas; we love to learn all about where you're from!
