We have an opening for an on-site Workplace Concierge to join our customer-focused Property team at Bupa’s Melbourne offices. This standalone customer facing role will be responsible for the Concierge and level 16 meeting rooms ensuring all workplace areas are ready to welcome visitors, senior leaders and stakeholders at Bupa’s Exhibition Street offices. 

As a corporate workplace professional, you’ll leverage your experience in a similar role within a medium to large enterprise to excel in a dynamic environment, undertaking a variety of daily administrative activities and solving issues as they arise to create a vibrant workplace experience.

This on-site position is offered as permanent, full-time with core hours from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

The purpose of this job is:

  • Provide superior Concierge and Reception services including visitor greeting, security pass allocation, external meeting room management, audio visual setup, catering and onsite event coordination, stationery coordination and mail services administration.
  • Regularly complete workplace audits to maintain high standards across the executive floor, including adhoc WHS activities 
  • Provide finance administration including receipting, invoicing and purchase orders

What is needed to make it possible:

This role will suit a workplace concierge professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, on-site in a medium to large corporate setting.

In addition, you’ll bring to the role:

  • Workplace Concierge or Receptionist work experience with a strong client-focus mindset and demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and Excel is essential, alongside excellent communication and listening abilities. 
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial, as is the capability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
  • As a self-motivated professional with decision-making and problem-solving skills, you will be adaptable to change and committed to continuous improvement.
